Book shows scientific-educational sinergy of theoretical aspects, scientific research results and pratical case-studies. The aim is to point out the significance of international trade aspects which include globalization, international institutions, MNCs and their impact on global economy and society.
Year 2022 showed how and to what extent security threats affect the global economy. Security threats in today's environment imply risks, that is, security challenges, which change continuously and rapidly, and are characterized by complexity and unpredictability. In this book, special attention is focused on current security threats, that is, on terrorism and on one of its important and modern forms - cyber terrorism. The danger of security threats increases the economic uncertainty and the level of suspicion and in parallel slows down the economic and investment activity of the global economy. The book specifically considers the empirical impact of terrorism on foreign direct investment (FDI), the economic consequences of security threats are expressed in the short and long term.
